Enrollment Agreement

1. Course Details

This agreement confirms your enrollment in the HUD Development Syndication Masterclass, a comprehensive 4-day training program scheduled for April 8-11, 2026. The course will be delivered via live virtual sessions from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET each day, covering HUD financing programs, LIHTC syndication structures, capital stack optimization, and deal execution strategies.

2. Investment & Payment Terms

The total investment for this masterclass is $25,000 USD. Payment options include:

• Full payment of $25,000
• We offer Financing options thru third party vendor.

Payment is due upon enrollment and must be completed before course access is granted. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

3. What's Included

Your enrollment includes:

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full Refund: Cancel up to 14 days before the course start date (March 25, 2026) for a full refund minus a $1500 administrative fee.

No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date or after the course has begun. Access to course materials and community remains available regardless of attendance.

Course Cancellation by Prime Meridian: If Prime Meridian cancels the course for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort.

5. Attendance & Participation

Live attendance is strongly encouraged to maximize learning outcomes. All sessions will be recorded and made available within 24-72 hours for those unable to attend live. Active participation in discussions, case study analysis, and Q&A sessions is expected.

6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All course materials, templates, case studies, and proprietary methodologies are the intellectual property of Prime Meridian LLC. You may use these materials for your own business purposes but may not redistribute, resell, or share them with third parties without written permission. Certain deal case studies contain confidential information and must not be disclosed publicly.

7. No Investment Advice Disclaimer

This masterclass provides educational content only and does not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice. Prime Meridian LLC does not guarantee specific financial outcomes or returns. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence and consulting with qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prime Meridian LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the course. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the course or use of course materials.

9. Governing Law
