  • • Modeling a Capital Stack from scratch, with Senior, Junior & Bridge debit

Day 2: Deal Preparation

  • • Using Financial Tools that are Pre-Made and ones you Create
  • • Who are your Partners & Investors, and how they will affect your Deals
  • • How to find Land/Properties and perform real Due Diligence
  • • Assembling a Sources & Uses (SU) form, and which type to use

Day 3: Building the Deal

  • • Why do we need Time Boxing, and who wants it
  • • Understanding the HUD Sections and what is LIHTC, and is it needed
  • • Understanding Grants & Tax Abatements, and where to find and apply for them
  • • Creating the Capital Stack for the deal, and what is its inputs?

Day 4: Closing the Deal
